Hall Stage have announced two new product lines that they will be showcasing at ABTT 2010 next week.
The first is the “Brickhouse” counterweight cradle which is a new take on the traditional counterweight cradle, the features and benefits of which are:
- Ergonomic loading with open fronted design and weight shelves that allow counterweight bricks to be loaded at the most comfortable location.
- Secure Operation provided by sloped weight shelves that eliminate spreader plates and hold counterweight bricks in place during operation.
- Self-Engaging Gate is spring-loaded to fully enclose cradle structure and prevent accidental escape of counterweight bricks at all times.
- Closed side panels prevent any catches during travel.
- Convenient Installation using traditional ‘T’ or ‘J’ bar wall frames.
- Self-locking gate for fully captive weight loads
- Ergodynamic design, laser-cut weights for combined security & ease of handling.
The second product is the “Carbon Cub” steel band hoist from PDO Inc. The Cub Hoist can be powered through existing lighting circuits with non-dim relays or directly into local single-phase power. It features:
- Fix speed travel – 4.25m/min
- Travel distance : up to 7.5m
- Capacity : 136Kg
- Self weight excluding batten : 41Kg
- Self-locking helical gearbox.
- Overload/underload sensors.
- 35mm steelbands with 1,400Kg breaking strain.
- Programmable pendant control for recorded positions.
Control Options:
- DMX interface: DMX control and positioning with DMX signal verification and live operator enabling.
- PLC Touch Screen advanced positioning interface and system setup.
- Digital Encoder allows for intermediate presets.
